Later, he transferred to UBS Warburg as the manager for their Debt Capital Market Division in 1997. The French-speaking markets of France, Belgium and Quebec were managed by him when he worked at UBS Warburg. In 1999, Goldman Sachs (GMS) offered Charles Rosier a new job opportunity. He joined the team as Managing Director.
